Oh yeah this vegan lasagna will have them coming back for more. We’ll layer in sweet potato mash, ridged noodles, tofu spinach ricotta, and a walnut pesto with our homemade red sauce. Topped off with Violife cheese and fresh basil. (V)

*Served frozen with baking instructions. Perfect for any family event or Tuesday night.

    TO BAKE: Place in fridge morning of.It’s frozen, remove plastic lid, cover with foil. BAKE @ 425 for 40-50 min. Remove foil and cook for 10 + mins. to brown top. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.
