REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
All Plant Joy packaged meals are cooked and ready to eat. Simply reheat and enjoy! For your ease we have listed recommended reheating times/temps.
*NOTE: Frozen meals heat best if thawed first.
Refrigerate overnight/24 hours to thaw.
REHEAT: Our food reheats best in an oven,
air fryer or toaster oven.
Burger - Mushroom Walnut
AIR FRYER, OVEN, TOASTER OVEN:
Do not grill or pan fry.
Burgers are RAW.
Bake at 420 degrees for 35 minutes. Flip patty and bake for 5-10+ minutes more. Burger should be crunchy & brown on the outside with a tender middle.

AIR FRYER, OVEN, TOASTER OVEN:
Do not grill or pan fry.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Flip patty and bake for 5-8 minutes more. Burger should be crunchy & golden on the outside.

AIR FRYER, OVEN, TOASTER OVEN:
Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
Cut in half & serve.

AIR FRYER, OVEN, TOASTER OVEN:
Bake at 375 degrees for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Lentil Loaf
AIR FRYER, OVEN, TOASTER OVEN:
Slices: Reheat in toaster oven or air fryer for 3-4 minutes.
Loaf: Reheat in oven 400 degrees for 15 minutes until warm.
Cut in slices and serve.

Mac & Cheeze
STOVE TOP, MICROWAVE:
Add 1-2 Tablespoons water per serving. Heat gently & stir.

Noodle Dishes
STOVE TOP, MICROWAVE:
Sauté noodles, veggies and sauce in stove top pan on MED-HIGH for 3-4 minutes to reheat. Reheat 2-3 minutes in microwave.

STOVE TOP, MICROWAVE:
Reheat at 400 degrees for 4-6 minutes or until warm.

OVEN, TOASTER OVEN:
Reheat at 400 degrees for 4-6 minutes or until warm.

Shepherd’s Pie
OVEN, TOASTER OVEN:
Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes until middle is warm.
MICROWAVE:
Remove from aluminum. Cover microwavable dish with towel.
Heat on Reheat setting for 1:30.

Seitan Turkey/Haam
Warm in oven - use a small roasting pan bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. You can always add more Dijon mustard and maple syrup for reglazing.
Soups & Sauces (frozen)
*TO EAT TOMORROW:
STOVE TOP:
Thaw in refrigerator overnight/24 hours.
Pour soup into stove top pan. Stir in 2-4 tablespoons water. Heat on Medium until warm.
*TO EAT NOW:
STOVE TOP:
Run warm water over outside of the container to break the seal. Place upside down into a stove top pan. Add 1/2 cup water. Heat for 3-5 minutes on Medium to remove container. Cover soup with lid, stir often, and continue until hot.

Spinach Potato Bake*

OVEN, TOASTER OVEN:
Remove plastic lid, replace with foil.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 10+ minutes to brown top. Cool for 10 minutes.

Stuffed Peppers
OVEN, TOASTER OVEN:
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until middle is warm.
MICROWAVE:
Cover dish with towel. Heat on Reheat setting for 1:30.

Tofu (baked)
AIR FRYER, TOASTER OVEN:
Reheat for a few minutes to warm and re-crunch.

Ziti
OVEN, MICROWAVE:
Reheating only. Remove plastic lid, cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 15 minutes or until warm.
Microwave: Scoop out personal portion, add a tablespoon of water, cover with a towel and reheat for 2-4 minutes depending on strength of microwave.
