Pozole is flavored Mexican stew and considered a celebratory dish. Our verde version is made of this tomatillos, poblano peppers, potatoes, green chilies, cilantro and the special ingredient is the hominy. Also loaded with black beans and loads of immune fighting mushrooms. (V, GF, Nut Free)
Top it off with sliced radishes, romaine lettuce shreds, lime, avocado and tortilla strips to make this dish over the top!
