Tica Chili (Frozen)

In this three bean chili the sauce is the boss. The Costa Rican chili is loaded with black, kidney and pinto beans for a punch of plant protein. We’ll add in onion, carrot, tomato and a little TVP (texturized vegetable protein) to give it a meaty taste and feel. Oh but that sauce, that flavor, we love it!

The flavor profile is just like our Tica Sauce, flavored heavy with cumin, guajillo peppers, poblano peppers, chili powder, oregano, and a splash of agave to give it a slightly sweet finish. Not spicy. (V, GF, Nut Free)
