Our Stout chili will showcase three beans, lentils, tomato, onion, carrot, peppers and soy chorizo. We’ll punch up the flavor with a dark stout beer (then cook it off) and add soy chorizo crumbles for a “meaty” mouthful. Seriously, they will never know. (V, Nut-Free). *Only gluten in chili is beer.
