Biryani is loaded with long grain rice, veggies, warm spices like saffron, and herbs like cilantro and mint. Every family’s biryani is different and this is our vegan version stocked full of broccoli, carrot, green bean, onion, peas and Indian spices. (V, GF, Nut Free)

Ingredients: Basmati rice, broccoli, carrot, onion, peas, green beans, garlic, garam masala, tomatoes, cumin, mint, cilantro, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, star anise, dried onion, grapeseed oil, saffron. *Cannot remove cilantro or mint.
