I love a dish that you can eat cold or hot—equally good! This is our take on our Asian Slaw in a noodle form. Long noodles topped with red cabbage, shredded carrot, green onion, red bell pepper and edamame, plus peanuts and cilantro. Our Sesame Tamari Sauce served on the side. (Vegan)
